About the Apprenticeship
The Institute of Technology invites applications from eligible graduates. Therefore, interested candidates should apply online. Moreover, candidates must have completed their qualifying degree with 60% marks. Furthermore, the degree must be from a recognized university within the last five years (2022-2026). Additionally, the training is for one year under the Apprentices (Amendment) Act, 1973.
📋 Graduate Apprentice Positions

The institute offers apprenticeship positions across four disciplines. These include Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. Furthermore, there is a position for Engineering Mathematics. Additionally, four positions are available for CIIE, Engineering Kitchen, Robotics and Embedded Systems Lab, and 5G use case Lab. 📝 Selection & Stipend
Selection Process
The institute will shortlist candidates based on merit in their qualifying degree. Furthermore, the selection process includes an interview. Additionally, the final merit will be in a 75:25 ratio for degree merit and interview performance. Preference will be given to applicants proficient in handling engineering instruments.

Stipend Details
The institute will pay a stipend of Rs. 12,300 per month. The NATS scheme through DBT provides Rs. 6,150. Additionally, the University of Kashmir provides the remaining Rs. 6,150.
⚠️ General Instructions
Application Requirements
- Candidates must register on the NATS portal.
- They should submit the downloaded application form at the Office of the Dean, School of Engineering.
- They must attach relevant documents, including marks cards, date of birth certificate, domicile certificate, Aadhaar card, and bank passbook.
Key Points to Note
- Candidates who applied in previous notifications but were not selected may appear for the interview.
- The bank account should be seeded with the respective Aadhaar card.
- The mobile number should be linked with the Aadhaar card.
- The name on the Aadhaar card must match the name on the bank passbook.
- The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions.
- Candidates who completed their Apprenticeship or Internship Training are not eligible.
- Candidates whose results are not declared by the last date are not eligible.
