This recruitment is for a project titled “UV-C LED and Bioactive Interventions with AI-Driven Risk Modeling for Microbial Safety of Fresh Produce in Kashmir,” sanctioned by the J&K Science Technology & Innovation Council.

Eligibility	Essential: Bachelor’s degree in science with 55% marks. Desirable: Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology / Food Technology. Preference given to candidates with hands-on expertise in food microbial analysis and UV exposure techniques, plus a one-year Computer Diploma.
Duration	Initially for six months, extendable based on performance and fund availability.
