The Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), Kashmir, has issued a notification for the engagement of apprentices under a one-year Apprenticeship Training Programme for the year 2026-27. This opportunity is open to eligible graduates in general streams and diploma holders in Engineering and Technology.

Applicants must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in their qualifying degree and completed their studies within the last four years from the date of advertisement. A total of 112 positions are available for Graduate and Technician Apprentices.

REGISTRATION AND APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Step 1: Register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at nats[dot]education[dot]gov[dot]in. If already enrolled, login and choose “Islamic University of Science and Technology, Awantipora, Pulwama, Kashmir” by typing PULWAMA in the district field.

Step 2: After NATS registration, visit the university recruitment portal at recruitment[dot]iust[dot]ac[dot]in to complete the online application. A non-refundable fee of Rs 200 must be paid online.

Submission: Hard copies of the NATS and University application forms, along with the fee receipt and self-attested documents (Marks card, DOB certificate, Domicile, Adhaar, Bank passbook), must be submitted to the office of the Dean Outreach, Main Campus, Awantipora.
