Employment Notice for Walk-in-Interview
Applications from the domiciles of UT of Jammu & Kashmir are invited for a Walk-in-Interview for the following position available in the Community Radio Station (FM 91.2) of Islamic University of Science & Technology, Kashmir, purely on a contract basis for a period of six months.

Eligibility:
Graduate/Postgraduate (UG/PG) degree in Journalism / Mass Communication or a related field.
Minimum one year of experience in radio presenting, podcasting, voice-over work, or public speaking.
Important Dates & Details:
Interview Date: 19-12-2025
Time: 11:00 AM
Venue: Community Radio Station, IUST Campus, Awantipora
Reporting Time: 10:30 AM (for scrutiny of documents)
Remuneration: Rs. 25,000/- per month (consolidated)
Terms & Conditions:
The engagement is purely contractual for six months and does not confer any right to continuation.

Candidates with degrees from foreign universities must submit an Equivalence Certificate issued by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi.
The University reserves the right to defer, cancel, or modify the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
The University may increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
Selected candidates must comply with the Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations, and Code of Professional Ethics of IUST.
Appointment is subject to satisfactory character and antecedents verification.
No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the interview.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar courts only.
