a. The following Criteria shall be adopted for final selection for the above said posts:

b. The criteria for shortlisting of candidates for interview for shall be as follows:
“20 candidates shall be shortlisted for one post and 05 candidates for every additional post”.

c. The syllabus and pattern of the written test shall be notified separately.

(IV) Terms and Conditions

1. Before applying for the post, candidates are advised to satisfy themselves about their eligibility.

2. Candidates are required to apply online through University website. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted. The non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) shall have to be deposited as application fee through online mode by debit card / credit card/ net banking. The instructions for filling of online application are available on University website.

2. उम्मीदवारों को विश्वविद्यालय की वेबसाइट के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना आवश्यक है। आवेदन का कोई अन्य साधन/तरीका स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। आवेदन शुल्क के रूप में ₹1000/- (रुपये एक हजार मात्र) की गैर-वापसीयोग्य राशि डेबिट कार्ड/क्रेडिट कार्ड/नेट बैंकिंग द्वारा ऑनलाइन माध्यम से जमा करनी होगी। ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने के निर्देश विश्वविद्यालय की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध हैं।

3. Candidates belonging to PWD Category are exempted from payment of the application fee. 4. The candidates are advised to fill up the online application form carefully. Information not provided under the relevant heads / columns shall not be considered.

5. The candidates in employment (Govt. or Semi Govt.) on substantive position or otherwise should forward their applications through their employer.

5. मूल पद या अन्यथा पर कार्यरत (सरकारी या अर्ध-सरकारी) उम्मीदवारों को अपने आवेदन अपने नियोक्ता के माध्यम से भेजने चाहिए।

6. The Candidates applying under various categories shall be required to produce the relevant category certificate/s duly issued by the Competent Authority failing which their candidature shall not be entertained.

7. Eligible candidates will be informed about the date and place of written test / interview through University website / e-mail/ whichever suitable. However, University does not take any responsibility for non-receipt or delayed receipt of the intimation by a candidate.

6. विभिन्न श्रेणियों के तहत आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा विधिवत जारी प्रासंगिक श्रेणी प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक होगा, ऐसा न करने पर उनकी उम्मीदवारी पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

7. पात्र उम्मीदवारों को लिखित परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार की तिथि और स्थान के बारे में विश्वविद्यालय की वेबसाइट/ई-मेल/जो भी उपयुक्त हो, के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाएगा। हालांकि, विश्वविद्यालय किसी उम्मीदवार को सूचना प्राप्त न होने या देरी से प्राप्त होने की कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेता है।

8. All relevant information / updates/ Addendum/ corrigendum shall be uploaded on University website only. The Candidates are advised to remain in touch with University website and notifying the same in newspapers shall not be obligatory on University part.

9. Candidates who have been awarded Post Graduate / Ph.D degree from Foreign University should enclose Equivalence Certificate” issued by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi without which their candidature will not be considered and application form will be rejected.

9. जिन उम्मीदवारों को विदेशी विश्वविद्यालय से पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट/पीएच.डी की डिग्री प्रदान की गई है, उन्हें भारतीय विश्वविद्यालय संघ (AIU), नई दिल्ली द्वारा जारी ‘समकक्षता प्रमाण पत्र’ संलग्न करना चाहिए, जिसके बिना उनकी उम्मीदवारी पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा और आवेदन पत्र खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।

10. The time taken by candidates to acquire PG / M.Phil and /or Ph.D degree shall not be considered as teaching / research experience to be claimed for appointment to the teaching positions. Further the period of active service spent on pursuing Research Degree simultaneously with teaching assignment without taking any kind of leave, shall be counted as teaching experience for the purpose of direct recruitment.

The certificate to this effect issued by the Registrar of the Concerned University shall have to be attached by the candidate to claim for such experience.

10. उम्मीदवारों द्वारा पीजी/एम.फिल और/या पीएचडी डिग्री प्राप्त करने में लिए गए समय को शिक्षण पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए दावा किए जाने वाले शिक्षण/अनुसंधान अनुभव के रूप में नहीं माना जाएगा। इसके अलावा, बिना किसी प्रकार की छुट्टी लिए शिक्षण कार्य के साथ-साथ अनुसंधान डिग्री प्राप्त करने में बिताई गई सक्रिय सेवा की अवधि को सीधे भर्ती के उद्देश्य से शिक्षण अनुभव के रूप में गिना जाएगा।

इस आशय का प्रमाण पत्र संबंधित विश्वविद्यालय के रजिस्ट्रार द्वारा जारी किया जाना चाहिए जिसे उम्मीदवार को इस तरह के अनुभव के दावे के लिए संलग्न करना होगा।

11. The candidates having Ph. D. Degree are required to submit a certificate from the concerned University to the effect that the Ph.D degree obtained by him/ her is in compliance with the concerned Regulations. 12. Candidates will have to produce original documents relating to their qualification, experience etc. at the time of appearing in the interview.

13. The University reserves the right to defer / not to fill up any or all posts advertised here-in above, without assigning any reason thereof. 14. The University reserves the right to increase/ decrease the number of posts advertised here in above.

15. Only those candidates who are registered with State Nursing Council shall be eligible for the advertised posts.

13. विश्वविद्यालय के पास बिना कोई कारण बताए उपरोक्त विज्ञापित किसी भी या सभी पदों को स्थगित करने/न भरने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। 14. विश्वविद्यालय के पास ऊपर विज्ञापित पदों की संख्या बढ़ाने/घटाने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। 15. केवल वे उम्मीदवार जो स्टेट नर्सिंग काउंसिल के साथ पंजीकृत हैं, विज्ञापित पदों के लिए पात्र होंगे।

16. Experience shall mean professional experience and/or Teaching and/or Research in the field of Nursing, counted from the date of registration with State Nursing Council. 17. Experience if any shall be counted as on the last date of submission of application form.

18. The University shall verify the antecedents or documents submitted by a candidate at any time of the appointment or during the tenure of the service. In case, it is detected that the documents submitted by the candidate are fake or the candidate has undesirable/ clandestine antecedents and has suppressed any information, then his/her service shall be terminated ab-initio.
16. अनुभव से तात्पर्य नर्सिंग के क्षेत्र में व्यावसायिक अनुभव और/या शिक्षण और/या अनुसंधान से होगा, जिसकी गणना स्टेट नर्सिंग काउंसिल के साथ पंजीकरण की तिथि से की जाएगी। 17. यदि कोई अनुभव है तो उसकी गणना आवेदन पत्र जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि के अनुसार की जाएगी।

18. विश्वविद्यालय नियुक्ति के किसी भी समय या सेवा के कार्यकाल के दौरान उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्रस्तुत पूर्ववृत्त या दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन करेगा। यदि यह पाया जाता है कि उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्रस्तुत दस्तावेज फर्जी हैं या उम्मीदवार का अवांछनीय/गुप्त पूर्ववृत्त रहा है और उसने कोई जानकारी छिपाई है, तो उसकी सेवा तत्काल प्रभाव से समाप्त कर दी जाएगी।

19. The University reserves the right to alter / insert any corrections/additions in the advertisement, for which the candidates are advised to remain in touch with the university website.

20. An undertaking is to be given by the candidate stating that ‘the publications submitted by them are free from any plagiarism and if any plagiarism is found later, their candidature/selection shall stand rejected’.

21. The University reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication made to the candidate(s) at any stage in the process of selection in case any inadvertent mistake is detected even after the issue of appointment letter.

20. उम्मीदवार द्वारा एक वचनपत्र दिया जाना है कि ‘उनके द्वारा प्रस्तुत प्रकाशन किसी भी साहित्यिक चोरी (plagiarism) से मुक्त हैं और यदि बाद में कोई साहित्यिक चोरी पाई जाती है, तो उनकी उम्मीदवारी/चयन खारिज कर दिया जाएगा’।

21. नियुक्ति पत्र जारी होने के बाद भी यदि कोई अनजाने में हुई गलती का पता चलता है, तो विश्वविद्यालय चयन की प्रक्रिया के किसी भी चरण में उम्मीदवार को किए गए किसी भी संचार को संशोधित/वापस/रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।

22. No TA/DA shall be paid to candidates for appearing in the written test / interview. 23. Candidates must provide details with regard to the date of registration/date of joining, date of submission and date of award of degree for Ph.D degrees, as the case may be, in the Application Form.

22. लिखित परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार में उपस्थित होने के लिए उम्मीदवारों को कोई टीए/डीए का भुगतान नहीं किया जाएगा। 23. उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन पत्र में पीएच.डी डिग्री के लिए पंजीकरण की तिथि/शामिल होने की तिथि, जमा करने की तिथि और डिग्री प्रदान किए जाने की तिथि का विवरण, जो भी मामला हो, प्रदान करना होगा।

24. The appointed candidates shall be bound to act in conformity with the Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations, and rules of the University as well as a code of professional ethics as prescribed or may come into force. 25. Where the University does not have its own service rules, those prescribed by the Government of the UT for its employees are, mutatis mutandis, applicable to the University employees also.

24. नियुक्त उम्मीदवार विश्वविद्यालय के संविधियों, अध्यादेशों, विनियमों और नियमों के साथ-साथ निर्धारित या लागू होने वाली व्यावसायिक नैतिकता संहिता के अनुरूप कार्य करने के लिए बाध्य होंगे। 25. जहां विश्वविद्यालय के अपने सेवा नियम नहीं हैं, वहां केंद्र शासित प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा अपने कर्मचारियों के लिए निर्धारित नियम, आवश्यक परिवर्तनों सहित, विश्वविद्यालय के कर्मचारियों पर भी लागू होंगे।

26. The appointment order(s) in favour of the recommended candidate(s) shall not be issued until a satisfactory report about his / her character & antecedents and qualifications / experiences from relevant agencies / institutions is not received.

27. The selected candidates shall be governed by the New Pension Scheme (NPS).

28. The selected candidates have to work in any of the College / Unit / Section / Campus of the University. 29. In case of any disputes /suites or legal proceedings against the University, the jurisdiction shall be confined to the court of Srinagar only.
