Notification for Medical Consultants @ J&K Bank (On Contract)
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of Medical Consultants (On Contract):
1. Number of Posts:
Five (05).
One each at (i). Corporate Headquarter – Srinagar; (i). Zonal Office Jammu; (ii). Zonal Office
Leh; (iv). Zonal Office Delhi; and (v). Zonal Office Mumbai.
2. Qualification: MBBS degree of any recognized university by the Medical Council of India in the
allopathic system of medicine.
3. Experience: Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in any hospital or as Medical Practitioner.
4. Remuneration: The remuneration of the Medical Consultant on contractual basis will be fixed with
reference to the actual duty hours performed and will be all inclusive. The remuneration per hour
shall be decided as per the background/level/experience of the candidate.
5. Age as on 01.01.2022: The entry age limit shall be up to 65 years as on 01.01.2022.
6. Contract Tenure: The contract for engagement of Banks Medical Consultant will be for a period of
three years subject to annual satisfactory performance review. There will not be any renewal of
engagement on completion of the contract.
4. Selection Process: The applications received from the candidates will be screened and shortlisted on
the basis of eligibility and relevant experience. The shortlisted candidates will be called for
Interview/lnteraction to assess knowledge, experience and skill of candidate.

6. Call Letter For Interview: Intimation/ call letter for interview will be sent by email. NO HARD COPY
WILL BE SENT.
7. Other Terms and Conditions: Applicable as per rules of the Bank.

registered Email-1D of the candidate.
The Bank reserves the right to reject any application/candidature at any stage, cancel the whole
process, or change the selection process upon exigencies or otherwise, without assigning any
reason thereof.
Shortlisted candidates will oppear for interview/interaction at designated venues on their own
cost/expenses.
