JK STARTUP 360 is hiring for the position of Corporate Compliance & Accounts Executive. JK Startup 360 is looking for a responsible and knowledgeable professional to join their team to handle compliance, accounts, and startup services.

Position: Corporate Compliance & Accounts Executive.
Location: Pampore, Jammu & Kashmir / Hybrid.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications:
• Graduate in Commerce / CA Inter / CS Executive / Semi-Qualified CA/CS preferred
• Good knowledge of Companies Act, MCA & ROC compliance
• Practical accounting knowledge and proficiency in Tally & MS Excel
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also apply
Key Responsibilities:
• Company registration and incorporation work
• MCA/ROC filings and compliance under Companies Act (AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, etc.)
• Annual filing and event-based company compliances
• GST and basic tax compliance knowledge
• Bookkeeping, accounting, bank reconciliation, and preparation of basic financial statements
• Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho, or other accounting software
• Client documentation, follow-up, and handling routine corporate compliance matters
