• Manage and supervise all restaurant staff members	• Maintain discipline, teamwork, and professional conduct among employees
• Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations	• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and task management
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory efficiently	• Conduct regular inventory assessments and stock audits
• Prevent stock shortages, wastage, and operational losses	• Prepare and submit inventory and operational reports to the MD
