University of Kashmir Walk-in Interview 2026 – Overview
The Centre for Interdisciplinary Research and Innovations, University of Kashmir, Srinagar has issued an Advertisement Notice inviting interested and eligible candidates for a walk-in interview under the DBT-BUILDER programme.

1. Project Associate II
- Number of Posts: 01
- Monthly Emoluments:
Rs. 31,000 + HRA (as per guidelines of the funding agency)
Eligibility:
Candidates must possess an M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Clinical Biochemistry with not less than 55% marks in the qualifying examination.
Applicants having research experience and expertise in molecular biology, epigenetics, and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) will be preferred.
2. Project Associate I
- Number of Posts: 01
- Monthly Emoluments:
Rs. 35,000 + HRA (as per guidelines of the funding agency)
Eligibility:
As per DBT-BUILDER programme norms and guidelines of the funding agency.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Candidates must bring original certificates along with self-attested copies related to qualification, age, marks, NET or equivalent examinations, and research experience (if any).
- All documents must be produced on the day of the interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in interview.
