ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE
Applications on plain paper are invited from the eligible and motivated candidates for one position of Junior Project Fellow (JPF) in project “Impact of alien plantation forestry on ecosystem services in Srinagar city of Kashmir Himalayas” sanctioned by J and K Science Technology & Innovation Council, Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of Jammu and Kashmir as per following details:

MSc Botany
Desirable Qualifications
1) NET/SET/GATE Qualified candidates will be given preference
2) Candidates having prior research experience will be preferred
Fellowship amount
INR 20,000/- per month (subject to release of funds by JKST&IC)
Applications along with photocopies of relevant certificates/documents indicating qualification, percentage of marks in the qualifying examination, age, experience and publication (if any) should reach to the undersigned by or before 18th July 2025.
The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project. The date of interview will be communicated separately through email/call.
NOTE:
1. The applicant will be responsible for the authenticity of information and documents submitted.
2. Mere, possessing the prescribed qualification does not ensure that the candidate would be selected. The Candidate will be selected on the basis of merit, performance in interview and knowledge related to work elements of the project.
3. TA/DA is not admissible for appearing in the interview.
4. Interview will preferably be held offline and under certain circumstances online interview can be held at the request of the candidate/s providing reasonable justification for the same.
