ADVERTISEMENT – Walk-In Interview
Applications are invited from eligible candidates in the prescribed format for the following research staff positions under the research project titled “Social Audit of Pradhan Mantri Poshan Shakti Nirmaan (PM POSHAN) erstwhile Midday Meal Scheme in Kashmir Division” sponsored by the Government of J&K.
The date of interview shall be 12th November 2025 (Wednesday).

Essential Qualifications
For Research Associate (Social Audit Officer):
- Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Economics, Management or allied discipline with minimum 55% marks.
- NET/M.Phil./Ph.D. and two years of research experience in research projects as Research Assistant.
For Research Assistant (Social Audit Coordinator):
- Postgraduate degree in social science discipline with minimum 55% marks.
- Two years of research experience in field-based research projects, data collection, and documentation.
For Field Investigator (Social Auditor):
- Postgraduate degree in Social Work discipline with minimum 55% marks.
Desirable Qualifications
Research Associate:
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (SPSS/MS Office).
- Strong report writing and research documentation skills.
Research Assistant:
- Proven experience in data collection, validation, and field-based research.
- Knowledge of data tabulation, proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and documentation.
Field Investigator:
- One year of experience in data collection.
- Familiarity with field-based research and data collection tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel.
Note
The above positions are purely contractual and can be relieved or terminated at any time by the Project Director if found unsatisfactory.
