Advertisement Notification for the Position of Project Assistant Under Ramanujan Research Grant (RJF/2021/000081)

Applications are invited from motivated, innovative and eligible candidates for the position of Project Assistant (01) to work on the project titled as “Interfacial engineering of fully printed flexible and stretchable integrated sensor devices for continuous real time and real sample detection of multiple ions with robust performance.” funded by Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), New Delhi, India.

The selected candidate would work in the project for a period of 6 months initially and can be extended up to 1 year based on his/her performance.

Desirable Qualifications/Skills • Background in nanomaterials chemistry, Hands-on experience with flexible and printable electronics, electrochemical sensors device fabrication reflected through patents or publications. • Handling scientific documentation, procurements, maintaining records and writing scientific reports. • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Monthly Emoluments Rs. 27,000/- + HRA

Note:

1. The selected candidate shall be encouraged to register for Ph.D. program if he/she possess M.Sc. Chemistry degree only. However, the candidate must obtain admission as per the University guidelines.

2. The position is purely temporary. The appointment will be initially for 6 months and possibility of extension up to August 2026 based on performance and funding situation.

3. At the time of joining, the selected candidate must produce all relevant documents/testimonials in original for verification and a medical certificate of fitness from the medical officer of the University. Failing this, the University will offer the position to next candidate on the merit list prepared for this purpose

4. The University reserves the right to withdraw the appointment.

Screening and Interview Process: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their merit and as per the requirements of the project.Mere qualification of eligibility criteria does not guarantee shortlisting.

The date, time and venue of the interview will be intimated to short-listed candidates via email. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Candidates who are already employed should produce a ‘No Objection Certificate’ (NOC) from the present employer.
