ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE
Applications on plain paper are invited from the eligible and motivated candidates for the position of a Senior Project Associate (SPA) and Technical Assistant (TA) on the project titled “CRYOsphere Science Concluding in new Observations and Productive Exploitation (CryoSCOPE)”
sponsored by Ministry of Earth Sciences (MOES) Government of India, vide order number MoES/EU/Horizon Europe/1/2024-pc-1, in favour of Dr. Irfan Rashid, Associate Professor, Department of Geoinformatics, University of Kashmir, Srinagar. The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project.
Position
Monthly emoluments
Senior Project Associate (1 No)
Monthly emolument: Rs. 42,000 + HRA @18%, as applicable
Technical Assistant (1 No)
Monthly emolument: Rs. 20,000 + HRA @18%, as applicable
Eligibility
Essential Qualification:
M.Sc. Geoinformatics, and
Four years of research experience in the relevant field.
Desirable: Proficiency in ayospheric remote sensing with a proven track record of publications
Essential Qualification:
M.Sc. Geoinformatics
Desirable:
Candidates having working experience in the cryosphere-related fieldwork shall be preferred
