MECON LIMITED, a Premier Miniratna, Schedule “A”, Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Steel, is inviting experienced professionals for full-time fixed tenure (FTFT) contractual positions. Walk-in-interviews will be held in Kolkata and Guwahati.

General Instructions & Important Notes:

The requisite educational qualification for Engineering should be acquired through Regular/Full Time Course only. The cutoff date for deciding the age and work experience shall be the date of advertisement i.e. 06/09/2025.

Upper Age Limit is relaxed by 3 Years for OBC (NCL), 5 Years for SC/ST, and for PwD candidates as per Govt. norms.

The selection shall be based on a Personal Interview. An application fee of Rs. 500/- is to be paid via Demand Draft (SC/ST/PWD/Ex-servicemen/internal candidates are exempt).

Eligible outstation candidates will be reimbursed traveling allowance (TA) as per company policy.

Remuneration includes consolidated pay, metro/site allowance, subsidized accommodation/HRA, medical facilities, PF, Leave, and GPA as per company rules.

The engagement is for a contract period of 2 years, initially for 1 year, extendable based on performance.
