National Capital Region Transport Corporation NCRTC Executive Human Resource job opportunities notice 51/2025 VACANCY NOTICE (No.51/2025)

National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), a Joint Venture of the Government of India and the participating State Governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and UP, is under the administrative control of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. NCRTC is mandated for implementing the Namo Bharat Project in the National Capital Region (NCR), which is a dedicated, high-speed, rail-based, world-class commuter service connecting regional nodes in NCR.

Three corridors are planned in the first phase: Delhi-Meerut, Delhi-Gurugram-SNB-Alwar, and Delhi-Panipat-Karnal. NCRTC is currently implementing the Delhi-Meerut corridor, with a 55 km stretch from New Ashok Nagar to Meerut South already opened for commercial revenue run. The organization’s motto is “Gati se Pragati”.

NCRTC is seeking to recruit an Executive (Human Resource) on a direct recruitment basis.

| | | Functional capabilities should include thorough knowledge of labour laws and service regulations, Disciplinary matters, and application of HRM concepts, tools, and practices such as manpower planning, Performance Management, career planning, succession planning, training and development, competency modelling, and competency appraisal. |

| | | Desirable Exposure |

| | | Exposure in industrial relations having a multiple trade unions scenario is desirable. Experience in latest HR Practices and Policies, dealing with retention and attrition aspects is also desirable. |

Note on Qualifications: Only Full Time Regular Courses are considered. All essential qualification(s) must be from a UGC recognized Indian University/ UGC recognized Indian Deemed University or AICTE approved course from Autonomous Indian Institutions/concerned statutory council (wherever applicable).

Age Relaxation

Age relaxation is available for reserved categories:

Emoluments and Place of Posting

Selected candidates will receive Basic Pay as applicable in the grade, Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) at the applicable rates, HRA/Lease, and Perks and Allowances under the Cafeteria Approach. Other benefits, such as a Laptop, Mobile Phone, Headset, Uniform, Briefcase, etc., will be provided as per extant Company Rules.

The selected candidate may be posted at any office/ workplace/ Project units of NCRTC or any of its subsidiaries/ Joint Ventures.

The selection process comprises a Written Test/CBT (80% Weightage) and an Interview (20% Weightage). A merit list will be prepared based on the combined score of the Written Test/CBT and Interview.

The minimum qualifying percentage is 60% for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS categories.

Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview in the order of merit in the respective category in the ratio of 1:5. Document verification of candidates will be done before the Interview. No TA/DA is payable for attending the Written Test/CBT.

Other Key Information

* Service Bond and Probation Period: The selected candidate(s) must execute a Service Bond of Rs. 2 lakhs plus GST and the cost of training, if any, to serve the Corporation for a minimum period of two (02) years. A probation period will also be required after joining, as per Company Policy.

* Medical Fitness: Appointment is subject to the candidate being medically fit as per the standards prescribed by the Company. Candidates suffering from critical diseases like Cancer or Kidney/Liver Failure & Transplantations will not be considered.

* Computation of Experience: For candidates with combined experience in Government and Private sectors, experience in the private sector will be given a weightage of 80%, and the government sector will be given 100%. Teaching or freelancing experience will not be considered as qualifying experience.
