TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skils in English and local language and must be conversant with computers especiall in
MS Ofnce, et.
Candidate should have familiaity with socio-aultural and socio-economic conditions of the UT.
Candidate should be dedicated, hardworking and willing for extensive touring across the UT.
Selection of candidate will be as perthe UT merit out of eligible candidates.
5. Hiring will be purely on contractual basis, initial contract for hiring shall be upto 31st March 2023 and further yearly extension will be subject to satisfactory
performance of the candidate/approval of the post by the Ministry of Health &Famly Welfare, Govt, of lndia.

Applications as per prescribed format should be deposited in the office ofthe Mission Director, National Health Mission,J&K at Block A, Old Secretariat, Srinagar
or RIHFW, Nagrota, Jammu by the candidate himself/herself or through representative or through p0st on or before 29th of July 2022, 4:00 PM.
Candidates who have obtained their degrees through Distance Education Mode from the Universities recognized by the UGC as mentioned in Govt. Order No.
252-HE of 2012 dated: 30-05-2012 issued bythe Higher Education Deptt, J&K after 2005 shall have to submita certihcate from the concemed University along
with application form stating that the candidate has undergone the degreefrom their University head-quarters and not from the off-campuses which have
been established by these Universities beyond their teritorial jurisdiction.
Number of vacancies is onlyindicative and may increase or decrease.
