M.Sc/ Ph.D in Fisheries Extension/ any other discipline of Fisheries Science/Agriculture Extension
of Experience in innovation systems, technology transfer or extension program management; Experience in scaling up of innovation with proven impact; Knowledge of startup ecosystem; Understanding technology commercialization in fisheries/agri-sector; Building partnerships with stakeholders (research institutions, private sector, NGOs);
Capacity building for entrepreneurs; strong analytical and value chain development; Published work in startups or innovation; experience in mentoring entrepreneurs through training or managing incubation programs; scaling innovations from pilot to wider adoption
