Employment Notice: National Judicial Academy (NJA)

The National Judicial Academy (NJA), an autonomous body fully funded by the Government of India and chaired by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, is seeking qualified and diligent candidates to fill several positions on a deputation or contract basis.

NJA provides national-level judicial education to judges from India and abroad, undertakes research into justice and judicial institutions, and works to strengthen the administration of justice. [cite_start]The academy is located on a 62-acre campus in the outskirts of Bhopal.

Interested candidates must submit their complete application in a sealed envelope to The Registrar (Administration), National Judicial Academy, Bhadbhada Road, Suraj Nagar P.O., Bhopal- 462044 (M.P.).

The envelope must be superscribed with the name of the post applied for.

The deadline for receiving applications is October 27, 2025.

3	Assistant Accounts Officer (Group-B)	Level-7 (₹44,900 – 1,42,400)	01	Graduate in Commerce / Business Management (preferably Finance specialization) OR CMA / CA / SAS / Jr. Accounts Officer exam qualified. • At least 3 years’ experience in Accounts in Central/State Govt. or Autonomous Organization. • Deputation: Minimum 2 years’ regular service in scale just below this post.	₹69,595/-

Pay scale as per 7th Pay Commission.
The number of vacancies shown is anticipated, and the actual requirement will be determined at the time of selection.

In addition to the monthly salary, selected candidates will be entitled to HRA @ 16% of Basic pay or free residential accommodation, EPF contribution, and Medical Insurance Coverage for self and dependent family members.

Annual increments and other allowances may also be admissible.

General Information

Candidates applying for deputation must send their application through the proper channel with a ‘No Objection Certificate’ and CR Dossier/attested copies of ACR/APAR for the last five years from their employer. [cite_start]The terms and conditions for deputation are governed by Government of India’s rules.

The upper age limit is 45 years for contract-based positions, while for deputation, it is as per Government of India norms. [cite_start]This age limit does not apply to current NJA staff. [cite_start]The cutoff date for age determination is the application submission deadline.

Applicants should submit their application in the prescribed format with a self-attested photograph and copies of testimonials for educational qualification, date of birth, experience, and other relevant documents.

Separate applications are required for each post if applying for more than one.

No TA/DA will be provided for attending the aptitude/skill test or interview.

The Academy reserves the right to reject incomplete or late applications.

Selection for Group-A and Group-B posts will be based on an aptitude/skill test and/or interview to assess professional and practical ability.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test.
The number of vacancies can change, and the Academy reserves the right to fill or not fill any or all posts or to shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
