General Terms and Conditions
1.0
Remuneration Package & Contract period:
Pay
Consolidated Remuneration of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) per month. PF & Taxes will be as per applicable laws. Tenure of Engagement: – 03 years (extendable up to 02 years based on the requirement).
Other Benefits
Company Accommodation/HRA and Medical benefit are limited to Self, Spouse and Two children as per Company Policy GPAI & Group Insurance as per company policy
TA/DA
As per Company’s TA/DA policy for E1 Grade.
Leave
24 leaves per annum (2 leaves per month of service rendered). 6 days of Restricted Holiday per year additional.
2.0 Upper Age Limit:-30 years as on 31/05/2025 (DD/MM/YYYY). Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, by 3 years for OBC candidates, by 10 years for PwBD candidates.
Relaxation of age to Ex-Serviceman will be as per Govt. guidelines. Candidates claiming to belong to any particular category shall necessarily have a valid EWS/OBC/SC/ST/Disability certificate, as the case may be, from the Competent Authority.
3.0 Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
4.0 All postings are for RGPPL site at Anjanwel, district Ratnagiri, Maharashtra
5.0 Candidates must submit Marks conversion formula from the university/Institute for conversion of marks in CPGA/CGPI/DGPA/CGI/CPI etc. into percentage (%)
6.0 All qualifications in concerned fields should be from Universities / Institutions recognized and approved by Government of India.
7.0 Candidates with fluency in speaking, reading and writing Marathi, shall be given preference.
8.0 In order to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview and/or screening test, if so required, the Management reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards/criteria.
9.0 The mere fact that a candidate has submitted application against the advertisement and apparently fulfilling the criteria as prescribed in the advertisement would not bestow on him/her the right to be definitely called for interview/considered further for selection process.
10.0 Depending on the requirement, the Company reserves the right to cancel/restrict/curtail/enlarge the number of vacancies and recruitment process, if need so arises, without any further notice and without assigning any reason thereof.

12.0 Health
The candidate should have sound health. Before joining, candidates will have to undergo medical examination at our hospital and the decision will be final and binding. No relaxation in health standards is allowed. Detailed medical norms are available on the website.
