The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Office of the Headmaster Govt. HS Chitragam, has issued an advertisement notification for the engagement of Helpers/Aayas under ECCE for the year 2026-27.

Following the resignation of the previous Aaya, fresh applications are invited from eligible female candidates on a contractual basis. The engagement is purely temporary and will conclude at the end of the 2026 academic session, subject to performance and fund availability.

Eligibility Criteria:

Only female candidates are eligible to apply.
Candidate must be a domicile of village Chitragam.
Must be physically and mentally fit to carry out assigned duties.
Candidate must belong to the BPL (Below Poverty Line) Category.
Minimum qualification: 8th pass from a recognized institute.
Age limit: 18-45 years as of January 1, 2026.

Preference will be given to candidates in the following priority order: Widow, Divorced, Orphan, or the eldest female belonging to the BPL category. The selected candidate will receive a monthly honorarium of Rs 5000/-.
