Job Opportunities – Orphans In Need (OIN)

Srinagar, Kashmir

Orphans In Need is seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team in Srinagar, Kashmir. We are committed to providing care, protection, and support to children in our Child Care Institution (CCI).

Operations Manager (Child Care Institution)

* Must hold a Master’s in Social Work (MSW).

* Proven experience in managing child-focused programs or institutions.

* Strong leadership, organisational, and reporting skills.

* Ability to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with child protection standards, and support the holistic development of children.

Warden (Child Care Institution)

* Responsible for the overall care, discipline, and well-being of children within the institution

* Ensure a safe, nurturing, and homely environment

* Prior experience in child care, social work, or similar roles preferred

* Must be compassionate, patient, and committed to child safeguarding principles

Nurse (Child Care Institution)

* Qualified nurse with relevant certification/registration.

* Experience in paediatric or child care settings preferred.

* Responsible for the health, hygiene, and medical needs of children.

* Ability to maintain medical records and coordinate with healthcare providers when required.

Location: Srinagar, Kashmir

Salary: Will be disclosed during interview
