Position	Deputy General Manager (Marketing, Sales & Distribution)
No. of Posts	One / Full-Time / On-Site
Location	Delhi NCR / Domestic & Export Travel Required
Qualification	Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Commerce, or a related field; MBA preferred (Marketing / Agribusiness)
Experience	13+ years in Sales & Marketing, preferably in agri-produce, food & beverages, FMCG or related field

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies across domestic and export markets with clear revenue targets.
Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, modern trade, and institutional buyers.
Drive revenue growth through new market development, product positioning, and brand-building initiatives.
Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports and forecasts, and present insights to leadership.
Coordinate with operations, procurement, and logistics to ensure efficient supply flow.
Represent the company in negotiations, buyer meetings, trade events, and industry forums.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and distribution team across regions.

Required Skills

Strong sales leadership with a proven track record in business development and P&L ownership.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills across trade and institutional channels.
Strong analytical ability with hands-on experience in sales tracking and forecasting.
Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and convert market opportunities.
Proficiency with CRM systems, sales dashboards, and reporting tools.
Familiarity with and active use of AI-powered tools, including generative AI platforms and market intelligence tools.
