Essential Qualification (Eligibility A): Master’s degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in concerned/relevant/allied subject, Ph.D. degree (with course work) in concerned/relevant/allied subject as per UGC Regulations, and
NET/SLET/SET conducted by UGC, ICAR, CSIR or similar accredited body. NET/SLET/SET shall not be required for disciplines where it is not conducted by ICAR, UGC, and CSIR. OR (Eligibility B): Ph.D. degree from a foreign university/institution ranked among top 500 in World University Ranking (QS, THE, or ARWU). Candidates should also possess adequate theoretical and applied knowledge, effective communication skills, familiarity with NEP-2020, and strong scholarly output.

यूजीसी और सीएसआईआर द्वारा नेट/स्लेट/सेट आयोजित नहीं किया जाता है, उनके लिए नेट/स्लेट/सेट की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। या (पात्रता B): विश्व विश्वविद्यालय रैंकिंग (QS, THE, या ARWU) में शीर्ष 500 में स्थान प्राप्त विदेशी विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान से पीएच.डी. डिग्री। उम्मीदवारों के पास पर्याप्त सैद्धांतिक और अनुप्रयुक्त ज्ञान, प्रभावी संचार कौशल, एनईपी-2020 से परिचित होना और मजबूत विद्वतापूर्ण आउटपुट भी होना चाहिए।
General Terms & Conditions: Engagement is purely temporary on academic arrangement basis till the culmination of academic year (2026-27) or regular appointment, whichever is earlier. Selected candidates receive consolidated monthly remuneration as per SKUAST-K regulations. Candidates must not be enrolled in any degree program or employed elsewhere during currency of engagement. Application fee is ₹ 500/- per discipline. Eligible candidates will be notified of interview schedule exclusively through email and no TA/DA will be paid.
