SKIMS Medical College, Bemina, Srinagar invites applications on prescribed format from eligible domicile candidates of J&K & Ladakh for vacant/ likely vacant tenure posts of Senior Residents (Registrars/Tutor Demonstrator) in the following Specialties/Department:

सिक्किम्स मेडिकल कॉलेज, बेमिना, श्रीनगर निम्नलिखित विशिष्टताओं/विभाग में सीनियर रेजिडेंट्स (रजिस्ट्रार/ट्यूटर डिमॉन्स्ट्रेटर) के रिक्त/संभावित रिक्त कार्यकाल पदों के लिए जेएंडके और लद्दाख के पात्र अधिवास (डोमिसाइल) उम्मीदवारों से निर्धारित प्रारूप पर आवेदन आमंत्रित करता है:

APPLICATION PROCEDURE & CONCEALED DETAILS:

The applicants can download the application form from official website i.e. www[dot]skimsmc[dot]edu[dot]in, candidates shall have to pay Rs.500/- to CD-10 account J&K Bank Branch located in the SKIMS Medical College Premises and attached the same bank receipt with application form.

Prescribed Application form (affixed with recent passport size photograph) duly completed and accompanied with self-attested copies of following certificates should be deposited in the Academic Section of SKIMS MCH, Bemina.

विधिवत भरा हुआ निर्धारित आवेदन पत्र (हालिया पासपोर्ट आकार की तस्वीर के साथ) और निम्नलिखित प्रमाणपत्रों की स्व-सत्यापित प्रतियों के साथ सिक्किम्स एमसीएच, बेमिना के शैक्षणिक अनुभाग में जमा किया जाना चाहिए।

1. Date of Birth Certificate (10th/Secondary School Exam.)
2. Internship Completion Certificate.
3. Permanent / Additional Degree Registration Certificate of J&K Medical Council.
4. MD / MS / DNB Degree (or result notification).
5. Medical Fitness Certificate.
6. NOC from parent department in case of PSC confirmed candidates.

NOTE: In-service candidates (PSC Confirmed) should route their application through parent department; however, they should deposit advance copy of application form (photocopy) within the last date of filing the forms. Application forms would be rejected in the event “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) from the parent department is not produced.

QUALIFICATIONS & ELIGIBILITY:

योग्यता:

• Postgraduation in concerned specialty (as defined by NMC as per the latest regulations) in the relevant subject. Valid result notification from the University can be considered.
• संबंधित विषय में संबंधित विशेषता में स्नातकोत्तर (नवीनतम नियमों के अनुसार एनएमसी द्वारा परिभाषित)। विश्वविद्यालय से वैध परिणाम अधिसूचना पर विचार किया जा सकता है।
• AGE: Not more than 45 year as on 01.01.2026.
• आयु: 01.01.2026 को 45 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
• NOTE: Candidates who have already completed Senior Residency of (03) years or more within or outside this institution are debarred for applying in the said Advertisement.
• नोट: जिन उम्मीदवारों ने इस संस्थान के भीतर या बाहर (03) वर्ष या उससे अधिक की सीनियर रेजिडेंसी पूरी कर ली है, उन्हें उक्त विज्ञापन में आवेदन करने से रोक दिया गया है।

TENURE:

कार्यकाल:

The tenure engagement of Senior Residents shall be for an initial period of one year, extendable by another one year, upon recommendation of the concerned HOD, based on performance report which requires to be endorsed by the Head of the Institution. Extension for third year shall be considered, again subject to performance report from the HOD and final endorsement by Head of the Institution. However, extension in tenure engagement shall also be subject to other clause(s) of the advertisement.

सीनियर रेजिडेंट्स का कार्यकाल जुड़ाव शुरू में एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए होगा, जिसे संबंधित विभागाध्यक्ष (HOD) की सिफारिश पर प्रदर्शन रिपोर्ट के आधार पर एक और वर्ष के लिए बढ़ाया जा सकता है, जिसे संस्थान के प्रमुख द्वारा अनुमोदित किया जाना आवश्यक है। तीसरे वर्ष के लिए विस्तार पर विचार किया जाएगा, जो फिर से विभागाध्यक्ष से प्रदर्शन रिपोर्ट और संस्थान के प्रमुख द्वारा अंतिम समर्थन के अधीन होगा। हालांकि, कार्यकाल जुड़ाव में विस्तार विज्ञापन के अन्य खंडों के अधीन भी होगा।

Stipend to Non Inservice (PSC non-confirmed) Sr Residents (Registrars / Tutor Demonstrators) shall be paid as per Govt. order no. 48-SKIMS of 2018 dated June 06, 2018 endorsed vide no. SIMS 302 02 (XXXXV)/2018-1678-90 dated June 06, 2018. The In-service candidates shall draw same salary as they were drawing in their parent department with usual allowances, as admissible in this Institution.

गैर-सेवा (PSC गैर-पुष्ट) सीनियर रेजिडेंट्स (रजिस्ट्रार / ट्यूटर डिमॉन्स्ट्रेटर्स) को वजीफा सरकारी आदेश संख्या 48-SKIMS ऑफ 2018 दिनांक जून 06, 2018 के अनुसार भुगतान किया जाएगा। इन-सर्विस उम्मीदवार वही वेतन प्राप्त करेंगे जो वे अपने मूल विभाग में सामान्य भत्तों के साथ प्राप्त कर रहे थे, जैसा कि इस संस्थान में स्वीकार्य है।
