Application forms un prescribed format are invited from the eligible candidates who are domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir for filling-up of the posts as per Annexure A, B & C under Scheme B of Manpower Development Scheme of
National Mental Health Programme, (NMHP) Miniatry of Health & Family welfare, Govt of India, in the Department of Psychiatry SKIMS Medical College &
Hospital, Bemina Srinagar purely on temporary/contract basis for a period of one year to be extendable on yearly basis, subject to continuation of sponsored Scheme by the Govt of India, and good performance and conduct of the candidate.
Terms and Conditions:
L. The selected candidates shall furmish an affidavit duly attested by a 1ª Class Judicial Magistrate, stating that in event of selection, he/she shall not claim any right to regularization and shall not approach any court for continuation in the said project beyond the period of tenure, Initially fixed
for one year or until the shceme remains in force. Under no circumstances shall the tenure be extended beyond three years. 2. The hiring of staff shall be purely on contractual basis/non transferable as per the centrally Sponsored Scheme norms.
3. All Qualifications certificates submitted with application form should be recognized under NMC/other concerned councils
4. The candidate must be dormidle of UT of Jammu & Kashmir.
5. The consolidated honorarium per month shall be inclusive of all allowances/benefits.
6. The hired persons will be purely on temporary/contract basis for a period of one year provided the scheme does not get terminated. It is dearly emphasized that the services are not being hired against any substantive post and as such won’t confer any right upon the hired persons to regu-lar/permanent appointment
7. The engagement can be terminated on account of non-/poor performance without any notice keeping in view the public health importance of the programme.
8. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates. 9.
The aspirants shall have to execute an agreement with the SKIMS MCH Bemina to the effect that he/she will not leave the department before the completion of term. However, abandonment/termination of the agreement in the speciality will require one month’s prior notice on either side
falling which the remuneration shall not be paid for one month to the engagee which shall always remain in deposit with the departmeist and shall be released on the completion of the sanctioned term.
10. Applications not accompanied with necessary supported documents shall be rejected.
11. Candidates are advised to keep themselves updated through the website www.skimsmc.edu.in and no individual communication to the candidates shall be made in this regard.
12. The candidature of the candidate shall be cancelled in case it is found at any stage of hiring that any fact has been misrepresented or misconceived or any fraudulent certificates has been produced to avail the engagement.
13. The applications forms along with all the self-attested copies of requisite documents/certificates duly completed in all respect and bank draft of Rs. 500/- (five hundred only) non refundable, payable at srinagar favouring to Chief Accounts Officer SKIMS MCH Bemina, should reach to the office of Head of Department, Psychiatry (Advance Centre for Mental Health &
Addiction Medicine) SKIMS Medical College Hospital Bemina, Srinagar by or before 18 July 2025, Friday. The applications will only be accepted between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on all working days.

2. Marks Certificate of essential qualification.
3. Registration Certificate from MCI/NMCJ&K Medical Coundl J&K Nursing Paramedical council/other concerned relevant councils.
4. D.OB certificate
5. Domicile Certificate
6. Relevant Experience certificate.
7. Research Publications.
One Pasaport size self-attested photograph to be affixed on the application form and one spare photograph to be submitted along with the form.
