Applications are invited in the prescribed format, available on the university website (www.skuast.org.) for the one temporary position of the counselor (contractual) in the Health Centre of SKUAST-J.

Note: The date of interview to the eligible candidates will be communicated via email.

The mode of interview shall be offline.

Venue of interview: office of the Dean, Student Welfare, SKUAST-J, Main Campus, Chatha.

Terms and conditions for temporary position of counsellor are as under:

1. The engagement should be purely on contract basis.

2. No legal right claims his/her regularization/ appointment by the absorption or otherwise against any regular post in the university would be entertained. In the event of relinquishing of the engagement one month notice is essential.

3. The appointment is for a period of six month, initially which could be extended for more six month subject to be satisfactory performance of the contractee and requirement of the counsellor.

4. Eligible candidates shall be informed through e-mail only ([email protected] or [email protected])

5. No. TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview.

6. The contractual position advertised herein can be withdrawn at any time as per the decision of the university.

7. No application will be entertained after the last date quoted.

The application form complete in all respects along with the attested copies of the certificates and accompanied with Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of Comptroller, SKUAST-Jammu payable at Chatha should reach the office of the Dean, Student Welfare, SKUAST-J, Main Campus, Chatha on or before 10.02.2025 through speedpost/registered post.
