Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the following **temporary positions** under the **ICMR-NIV Project** “Molecular Epidemiology, Evolutionary Dynamics and Stability of Rotavirus at Human-Animal-Environment Interface”, as detailed in the table and on following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions

The posts are **temporary and on a purely contractual basis** up to the termination of the project. The services of the selected candidates will be governed by the **ICMR-NIV/ SKUAST-J guidelines**. It must be noted that candidates shall have no legal right to claim regularization, appointment by absorption, or any other contractual engagement against any regular post, as the project is purely **time-bound and non-regular**.

The positions are co-terminus with the project, meaning the services of the incumbent shall stand terminated automatically upon expiry of the project period. The University/funding agency reserves the right to **withdraw the advertised post** at any stage without assigning any reason. Candidates already in employment must provide a **No Objection and experience certificate** from their current employer.

**No TA/DA** will be admissible for attending the interview. The essential educational qualifications listed are the bare minimum, and merely possessing them does not guarantee a call for the interview. The Screening Committee holds the right to restrict the number of candidates called for the interview based on qualifications and relevant experience.

Only shortlisted candidates will be informed through **e mail/ phone** for attending the interview, which will be conducted through online or personal mode. Candidates already in employment must produce a **No Objection Certificate (NOC)** at the time of joining the post. Their engagement will be continued only upon satisfactory performance and periodic appraisal.
