The trust invites applications for the post of Principal, Syed Mirak Shah Memorial High School, Mirakabad, Shalimar, a reputed private High School in Jammu and Kashmir, from dynamic and visionary educators.
Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our academic team and drive excellence in education. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of school leadership, academic expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide strategic leadership and vision for the school
Oversee academic programs, curriculum development, and teacher training
Foster a positive school culture and ensure student well-being
Develop and manage budgets, resources, and infrastructure
– Build relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the community
Eligibility Criteria:
– Postgraduate degree in General Science/Humanities with BEd qualification (acquired through regular classes) from a recognised university.
Minimum 3 years of experience in school leadership or administration
Proven track record of improving academic outcomes and school performance. Retired Government Educationists with above qualifications can also apply.
Excellent communication, inter personal, and leadership skills
