ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in relevant discipline with not less than 60% marks.
Relevant disciplines: Electrical / Electrical (Power) / Electrical & Electronics / Power Systems & High Voltage / Power Engineering
POST CODE – 02:
Full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in relevant discipline with not less than 60% marks.
Relevant disciplines: Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering / Mechanical & Automation / Production & Industrial Engineering
POST CODE – 03:
Full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in relevant discipline with not less than 60% marks.
Relevant disciplines: Civil / Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Power / Electronics & Electrical / Control & Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics, Instrumentation & Control / IT / Computer Science / Geology / Mining / Architecture / Chemical / Material Science / Applied Mathematics / Environmental Engineering / Renewable Energy / or any other relevant discipline decided by THDC.
POST CODE – 04:
MBBS from an institute recognized by the Medical Council of India and registration with the Medical Council of India.
POST QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE
For Post Code 01, 02 & 03:
Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in Executive/Officer cadre or equivalent grade.
Nature of Experience: Construction, Design & Engineering, O&M, Corporate Management, Operation, Project Monitoring, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, IT, HR, etc., in Power Sector CPSE/State PSU/Govt./Private company with minimum 250 MW power plant or equivalent scale.
For Post Code 04:
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience (Internship not counted).
UPPER AGE LIMIT
- Upper Age Limit as on 01.07.2025: 37 years
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
- Basic Pay: Rs. 60,000/- in the scale of Rs. 60,000–1,80,000 (E-3 Grade)
- Probation: 1 year from the date of joining

CAREER PROGRESSION
Eligible for promotion to Sr. Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (E-4 Grade Rs. 70,000–2,00,000) after 4 years, as per THDC Promotion Policy.
SELECTION PROCESS
- May consist of Scrutiny/Shortlisting, Screening Test, and Personal Interview.
- Management reserves the right to conduct multi-stage selection as per requirements.
REGISTRATION FEES
- Rs. 600/- for UR/EWS/OBC candidates.
- No fee for SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental candidates/Candidates from Doolo, Karnprayag, and Chamoli areas of THDC Projects.
GENERAL INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS
- Ensure fulfillment of eligibility conditions before applying.
- Qualifications must be from AICTE/UGC-recognized institutions in India.
- Age and experience computed as on specified dates.
- Apprenticeship experience (as per Apprenticeship Act 1961) counts as 1 year for Post Codes 01–03.
- Experience as Trainee/Intern/Academic role will not be counted.
- False or incorrect information will lead to cancellation of candidature or termination if discovered later.
