ENGAGEMENT OF FIELD ENGINEER (LEVEL I) IN DIFFERENT DISCIPLINES ON FIXED TENURE/PURELY SHORT-TERM BASIS ON ALL INDIA BASIS

Essential Qualification

Full Time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil Discipline from recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks AND M. Tech in Geo-Technical Engineering.

Full Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil Discipline from recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks AND M. Tech in Structural Engineering.

Full Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) in Civil Discipline from recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks AND M. Tech in Earthquake Engineering/Dam Safety & Rehabilitation

1. No post qualification experience required for above mentioned posts.

2. Upper age limit as on date of advertisement is 30 years.

3. Knowledge of domain subjects in respective engineering disciplines and software skills ice Autocad, Rocscience, Phase2, Staad. pro etc.

4. All qualification (ia Xth, XIlth and essential qualification) should be Full Time & Regular and from an Indian University/Institute recognized by

AICTE appropriate statutory authority 5. Candidates with 59.99% in B.E7 B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil Discipline are not eligible and shall not be rounded off to 60%.

6. Following candidates can also apply for the posts:

(1) Candidates pursuing M.Tech in the relevant field as mentioned/required above for the specific post and the final result shall be declared by July 2025.

( ii) Candidates whose M.Tech in the relevant field as mentioned/required above for the specific post result are awaited and shall be declared by July 2025.

7. The total number of vacancies indicated above may increase/decrease at the discretion of THDCIL Management.

8. For SC/ST/PwBDs candidates only 50% Marks is required in Essential Qualification wherever the vacancy is reserved.

9. Relaxation/Concession to OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen/J&K Domiciled/ Victims of riots shall be as per Government of India Directives wherever the vacancy is reserved.

10. Category (SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen /EWS) once filled in the online Registration form will not be changed and no benefit of these category will be admissible later on.

SELECTION PROCESS:

As per the Scheme for Engagement of Personnel on Fixed Tenure/ Purely Short-Term Basis, where Selection involves only Personal Interview, the weightage of different parameters considered. (For more details please check the detailed advertisement uploaded in THDCIL website.)

No candidate securing overall less than 50% marks will be empanelled. SC/ST/PwBDs/ Ex-Servicemen candidates will be required to secure at least 40% marks for their empanelment.

REMUNERATION: Candidate selected 1 on Fixed Tenure Basis (FTB) as Field Engineer (Level 1) shall be paid Fixed remuneration of Rs 53,580 (Rupees Fifty- 2. Three Thousand Five Hundred Eighty only) per month.

Candidates are required to login and deposit non-refundable registration charges of Rs.600/- through online mode only. No fee for SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen/ Departmental candidates/ Candidates belonging to Doob Kshetra/Project Affected Area

Other Remuneration/Benefits as per Scheme for Engagement of Personnel on Fixed Tenure/Purely Short-Term Basis. LEAVES, COMPENSATORY OFF AND

EXTRA ORDINARY LEAVE: 12 Casual Leaves and 02 days Optional Leaves shall be allowed for one-year Contract Period.

FTBs shall be allowed 15 days Eamed Leave in a year of Contract Period and shall be credited on monthly pro-rata basis.

Maternity Leaves as per the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 subject to fulfilling other laid down conditions in the act to the female FTBS.

Special Allowance Leave (SAL): FTBs engaged in Projects/ Plants are eligible for 12/22 SAL (as applicable at the respective Projects/Plants) in a year where he/she is posted. 4.

Extra Ordinary Leave means leave sanctioned under special circumstances without any remuneration when no other kind of leave is due.

Families of THDC Projects. GENERAL INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS:

1. The candidates should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria and other norms mentioned in the advertisement.

2. All qualifications should be from India University/Institutes recognized by AICTE/Appropriate statutory authority and should be Regular and Full-Time. 3. Computations of age shall be done as on date of advertisement.

Mere issue of Registration No. to the candidates will not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared by THDC India Limited. THDC will take up verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents at the time of joining.

TENURE OF ENGAGEMENT AND 5. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT: FTBs will be engaged temporarily for

Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS and PWBDS Category must contain Certificates as per the latest Govt. prescribed format. While applying for the post, the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility and other norms mentioned above, as on the specified dates and that the particulars fumished are correct in all respects. In case it is

detected at any stage of engagement process that a candidate does not fulfil the eligibility norms and/or that he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information or has suppressed any material facts, his/her candidature will stand automatically cancelled. If any of the above shortcomings is/are detected even after appointment his/her services are liable to be terminated without any notice

beyond 4 years in any circumstances. Services during the tenure of engagement will be purely on temporary basis. Contract is liable to be terminated in case performance or conduct is not found satisfactory.

The tenure can be terminated by either party by giving one month notice in writing subject to fulfilling terms and conditions of service 1. agreement bond.

FTBs shall have no vested right to 2. claim for regularization or permanent absorption during the period of engagement and thereafter, on account of rendering service on fixed tenure basis in THDCIL.
