1. Applications are invited from eligible unmarried men and unmarried women candidates for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) for course commencing Jan 2026 onwards at Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimata, Kerala. Candidates must fulfill conditions of nationality as laid down by the Government of India.

Candidates exercising option for these branches will have to additionally indicate option for submarine specialisation while filling the online application form.

Eventual selection nomination to undergo submarine specialisation will be subject to clearing submarine medicals (after joining INA) and service requirements.

Submarine allowance will be admissible to candidates post successful completion of submarine training in accordance with extant rules.

Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Specialisation requirements to medical

Candidates having Government of India, Ministry of Shipping & Transport Certificate of Competency (Foreign going) either as a Second Mate, Mate or Master and bom between 02 Jan 1996 to 01 Jul 2006 (both dates inclusive) can apply for Executive Branch entry (General Service) as per stipulations stated at Para 2(a)

Candidates having Government of India, Ministry of Shipping & Transport Certificate of Competency as 1 class Engineer of a steamship by the Govt and bom between 02 Jan 1996 to 01 Jul 2006 (both dates inclusive) can apply for Technical Branch entry (SSC Engineering) as per stipulations started at Pam 2(g).

Whilst filling up the e-application, it is advisable to keop

relevant documerits readily available to enable following

Correct filling up of personal particulars. Details to be filled up as given in the Matriculation Certificate.

Fields such as e-mail address, mobile number are mandatory fields and need to be filed.

(D) All relevant documents (preferably in original), marks sheets upto 5 & 7th semester for regular and integrated BE/ B.Tech courses respectively and all semesters for other degree examination, date of birth proof (as per 10″ & 12″ certificate), CGPA conversion formula for BE/B.Tech, Merchant Navy certificate issued by Government of India, Ministry of Shipping and Transport, NCC ‘C’ certificate issued by National Cadet Corps and a recent passport size colour photograph should be scanned in original JPG/TIFF format, for attaching the same while filling up the application.

If any scanned document is not legible/ readable for any reason, the application will be rejected Candidates o take print out of application and carry it while appearing

for SSB intervie
