Requirements
Training & Development AM/Manager (Male/Female)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create and execute training strategies and programs
-Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Training, LMS, LXP)
Implement various training methods in the hotel (e.g. Classroom
Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
Regular monitoring of QMS reports and conduct the Y&Y analysis in case of negative feedbacks.

– Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
-A minimum of 4 to 8 years experience in Training & Development with the 5 star category hotels.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

-Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
