Interested and eligible candidates are invited to attend a walk-in-interview for one (01) position of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in the Department of Botany, University of Kashmir, Srinagar. The position is sanctioned under the research project entitled “Scientific and Technological Interventions for Socio-Economic Empowerment of Women Folk of Dab Village of District Ganderbal, Kashmir, UT of J&K”, funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India. The appointment is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project and will be governed by the terms, conditions and eligibility criteria prescribed for the project.

Essential & Desirable Qualifications:

Ph.D in Botany.
M.Sc. Botany with a minimum of 55% marks.
Experience in Plant Tissue Culture.
