Applications are invited from eligible and motivated candidates for engagement as Incubation Manager at the NewGen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (NewGen IEDC), University of Kashmir, under the Electropreneur Park (EP)2.0 Project Sponsored by Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) Noida. Essential & Desirable Qualifications

Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, or Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized University/Institution. Maximum age limit is 40 years as on the date of the advertisement.

Desirable Qualification & Experience:

Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Management, or Business Administration.
Minimum 01 year of experience in startup incubation, entrepreneurship development, innovation management, business development, technology commercialization, or startup ecosystem support.
Strong hands-on proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Excel (for financial modeling, grant tracking, and report generation).
Competency in content creation and graphic designing (for handling marketing collateral, pitch templates, and startup promotion briefs).
Excellent communication, public speaking, and institutional organizing skills.

Key Operational Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of NewGen IEDC.
Identify, evaluate and support startups.
Coordinate pre-incubation, incubation and mentoring activities.
Organize entrepreneurship and startup-related events.
Support business planning, fundraising and commercialization activities.
Facilitate access to grants and government schemes.
Maintain records, reports and project documentation, alongside supporting outreach, branding and ecosystem development initiatives.
