Overview –
WHS Sports Hub aims to provide a platform for all age groups(male & female)and classes of society across the valley and offers a State of the Art FIFA approved international level Pay n Play football turf with 2-5v5 pitch’s & 1-7v7 pitch in the heart of the city.
Venue manager responsibilities
As a role that focuses on operations & business of the venue with complete efficiency possible, expect to see the following duties and responsibilities in a Venue Manager:
● Manage general venue operations and logistics – slot bookings
● Responsible to generate the expected revenue of the venues
● Responsible for the end to end P/L of the venues
● Act as the point of information for players, parents / guardians & venue partners, direct any technical queries to the customers
● Maintaining relations with customers
● Planning & executing marketing campaigns for the venues to generate new bookings
● Handle database management
● Generate new business leads for WHS Sports Hub
● Responsible for equipment inventory
● Manage branding and the material placement at the venues
● Compiling valuable feedback from customers
● Conducting venue review and sharing regular reports with founder
● Media Content – Capturing on-ground content for the use of WHS Sports Hub’s social media channels
Personal qualities and behavioral traits:
● Must be confident, presentable and must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English ,Hindi, Urdu.
● Must have an eye for detail
● Must possess strong interpersonal skills
● Must be self-motivated
● Must be passionate about the development of sports in the valley

Work Experience :
Prior experience of at least 1+ years in the sports industry is desirable.
