In Pursuance to Joint Director Skill Development Kas hmir Letter No: JDSDK/Trgs/2023/2557 dated 23/01/2023,
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for en gagement of Guest Faculty for Acad emic Session 2022-23.
The prescribed Qualification for the Guest Facu lty is mentio ned below. The selection of the candidates will be
done strictly on the basis of merit higher relevant qualification & experience as per guidelines set by Directorate
of Skill Development J&K
The candidates having desired qualification can submit their applications with the office of the undersigned up
to 28-01-2023 till 3.00 PM. along with the photocopies of the following self-attested-

(Vocational ) from DGT ofeducation with two-year Teaching/Practical experience in
the relevant field from Govemment recognized Institute OR
NTC/ NAC passed in Dress Making with three-years Teaching /Practical experience
in the relevant field from Govt. recognized Institu te. ESs en tial Qualification-Relevant
Natio nal Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) in any of the variants under DGT. CRITERIA

The engagement is temporary and has no right to claim for permanent abso rption in the Institute for which he
shall have to give an underta king duly authe nticated by 1st Class Magistrate (Judicial Magistrate that he/she has
accepted all the terms and co nditio ns and shall haveno preferen tial claim forhis/her con tinuatio n/re-engagement
or pemanent appointment in the Department/lnstitute.
The selected Can di date shall have No rightto claim for continuation for next sess ion or for perman ent absorption.
The Selection will be made purely on merit basis
The Experience certificate before passed of the Technical Qualification is not valid//acceptable.
The engagement shall teminate automatically on 31/07/2023 ithout any notice.
The candid ate engaged as such shall be paid a monthly honorarium of Rs.20,000/=(Rupees Twenty Thousand
Only) in case of Degree holders and Rs.18,000/=(Rupees Eig hteen Thousand Only) in case of Diploma Holders.
The selection shall be made by the committee from among the elig ible applicants.
Mere su bmission of application fom oreligibility shall not entitle any applicant right to get engaged.
Application not supported by the documents shall be rejected without any notice to the applicant
The selected candidate shall have to maintain proper discipline and punctuality and shall have to work to the
entire satisfaction of the trainees and the Su perintendent Women ITI Lalpora.
