Baba Farid University of Health & Sciences, Faridkot has issued Advertisement No. BFU-25/24. In reference to an earlier advertisement (BFU-25/17), online applications are invited from eligible candidates from 10-09-2025 to 23-09-2025.
The recruitment is for the posts of Nodal officer/HOD/Faculty (15) and Research officer (15) on a regular basis at the University Centre of Excellence of Research.
The recruitment is for various specialties including Hospital Management, Para Medics/Allied, Start up, Skill Centre, Biotechnology, Clinical Trials/Research, Integrated Medicine, Women’s Health, Health Sciences Librarianship, Forensic Nursing, Heath Care Informatics & AI, Phytomedicine, and Gerontology.

The pay scale for the posts is as per Level 9, 10, 11, 12 in the pay matrix of the 7th Central Pay Commission and amendments issued by the Finance Department, Govt. of Punjab.
General terms and conditions:
Application fee for All Categories except SC Category is Rs.2360/-(Fee Rs.2000 + GST Rs.360@18%). For SC Category, the fee is Rs.1180/-(Fee Rs.1000 + GST Rs.180@18%).
The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or not to fill any or all the posts. The upper age limit is calculated as on 01st January 2025, as per University/Govt. of Punjab rules.
The application on the prescribed proforma must accompany self-attested copies of certificates for proof of date of birth, marks sheet, degree, experience, category certificate (if applicable), residence proof, publications, etc.
Applicants are required to submit a hard copy of the online application along with self-attested copies of all certificates and fee receipt proof to the office of the
Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Sadiq Road Faridkot by 24-09-2025.
Applications received without fee, without legible documents, containing incomplete information, or received after the prescribed date will be rejected. Applicants must possess the requisite qualification by the last date of receipt of application.
Candidates already in service must route their application through the proper channel. Reservation policy is as per Punjab Govt. rules. A separate application form must be used for each post.
Candidates must have knowledge of the Punjabi language up to the matriculation standard or must acquire it within six months of joining. Terms and conditions may be relaxed if suitable candidates are not available.
