INDIAN PORT RAIL ROPEWAY CORPORATION IPRCL PSE JOB OPPORTUNITIES NOTICE 25/2025 Indian Port Rail & Ropeway Corporation Limited (IPRCL) has issued Vacancy Circular No. 25/2025 dated 08.09.2025.

IPRCL is a first of its kind Joint Venture Company between 11 Major Ports under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways and Rail Vikas Nigam Limited. It was incorporated to provide efficient rail evacuation systems to Major Ports.

The company invites applications from qualified Indian Nationals for the posts of Project Site Engineer (PSE) on a contractual basis. Candidates must have a relevant Engineering degree with a valid GATE Score from the last 5 years and a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in Railway Engineering projects.

The engagement is initially for three years, extendable for another two years based on performance and project requirements.

Qualification & experience (Mandatory)

Candidates must have a valid GATE Score from the last 5 years as of the application deadline.

Project Site Engineer (Civil): B.Tech/B.E. (Civil). Must be presently working in a Government Department/Company/PSU/JV/Autonomous Body/Private Listed Company in the field of Civil Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in Railway Civil Engineering projects.

Project Site Engineer (Electrical): B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical). Must be presently working in a Government Department/Company/PSU/JV/Autonomous Body/Private Listed Company in the field of Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in Railway Electrical Engineering projects.

Project Site Engineer (S&T): B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electrical & Electronics. Must be presently working in a Government Department/Company/PSU/JV/Autonomous Body/Private Listed Company in the field of S&T Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in Railway S&T Engineering projects.

Project Site Engineer (Loco/Mech.): B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical). Must be presently working in a Government Department/Company/PSU/JV/Autonomous Body/Private Listed Company in the field of Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in Railway Mechanical (Loco) related activities like Maintenance and Operations.

The engineering degree must be from a recognized university approved by UGC/AICTE.

Age Limit: Maximum age is 32 years as on 10.10.2025.

Emoluments: The monthly remuneration will be around Rs. 54,000/- plus HRA (Rs. 10,000/-, Rs. 7,500/-, or Rs. 4,000/- for X, Y, Z class cities respectively if accommodation is not provided). It includes Medical Insurance for self and immediate family and a 12% Employer’s PF contribution. An annual increment of 3% plus inflation on basic pay is provided.

Place of Posting: Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India as per project requirements.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be based on marks awarded for: i.Qualifying examination (Engineering Degree) – 30% ii.GATE Score – 20% iii.Additional relevant qualification – 10% iv.Relevant Experience – 40%
