The ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY, KASHMIR (IUST) has issued Scholarship Notification No. 05 of 2025, announcing the SIEMENS SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME. This scholarship is available for eligible B. Tech Engineering students from the Fresher’s Batch-2025.

The scholarship scheme must be implemented online at https://www.sspindia.co.in/. The Last Date of Submission of the Online Application is 28-09-2025.

Students should only apply when they are sure of meeting the required eligibility conditions for the scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to the selected students throughout their 4 years of study. The scholarship will be renewed only if the student qualifies in all subjects and scores a 1st class in one attempt.

Scholarship Details

| 1. | The following streams are applicable: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering. | The students will get selected on the basis of merit and academic performance. | Tuition fees reimbursement. |

| 2. | The student’s age should not be more than 20 years. | The applications received from students will be scrutinized by the authorities of Siemens. | Book allowances, stationery & hostel fees etc.. |

| 3. | Student must have secured at least 60% of marks in SSC (Matriculation). | The final decision to shortlist the students will be taken by Siemens. | A holistic development program by training and mentoring at Siemens. |

| 4. | Student must have secured 50% aggregate in HSC (12th) and minimum 60% PCM aggregate. | The selected students will then be informed through their registered email. | |

| 5. | The student’s family income should not be more than 2 lakhs per annum. | After this, the scholarship will be disbursed to students who passed in all subjects and scored first class. | |

| 6. | JEE minimum percentage to qualify 40%. | Out of the total scholarship, 50% of scholarships are reserved for girl candidates. | |
