Applications are invited from candidates for the temporary position in ICSSR funded project entitled “The Socio-economic and drivers of willingness to use PV Solar Panels Among Rural residents of the Jammu and Kashmir: A Statistical and Machine Learning Approach” operational in Department of Computer Science & IT, Kathua Campus, University of Jammu, Kathua as detailed below:

Postgraduate in Social Science discipline (minimum 55%) with NET/M.Phil./Ph.D.
•Candidate having experience in Solar Energy will be preferred
◆Proficiency in speaking local language
Good knowledge of computers and statistical software
Good communication/writing skills
From the date of engagement to date of com-pletion of project or maxi-mum upto 31/12/2025, whichever is earlier
