Applications on the prescribed format are invited from the eligible candidates/ doctors who are resident of India (Domicile/Non Domicile of UT of J&K) for engagement as Senior Resident in different disciplines of Govt. Medical College, Udhampur purely on Academic Arrangement basis under S.O. 364 dated 27.11.2020 initially for a period of one (01) year extendable up to maximum of 03 years subject to satisfactory performance of the candi-dates.

MBBS Degree from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India (now National Medical Commission)

The Post Graduate qualification of MD/MS.DNB.MDS or higher qualification MCh/DM/DNB (super Speciality) shall be mandatorily required as per the eligible criteria of the post (as per Govt. Order No. 282 JK (HME) of 2023 dated 04-04-2023 and Govt. Order No. 383-JK (HME) of 2024 dated 20-06-2024.

Interested candidates can fill the application from annexed with this notification and sub-mit the same to the office of undersigned by or before 20/03/2025.

The application forms complete in all aspects and accompanied with a non-refundable bank draft of (Rupees Five Hundred only) from J&K Bank in favour of Principal, Govt. Medical College. Udhampur.

The application form along with requisite documents (self attested) should reach in the office of undeisigned by registered post or by hand on or before 20/03/2025 up to 04:00 PM. Applications sent by any other mode or after the last date shall not be entertained.

Maximum age for eligibility to apply shall be 50 years as on cut-off date.

2. MBBS/Diploma/MD/MS/DNB/Mch/DM all terms mark sheets and qualification of the respective speciality.

3. Attempt certificate of 1st, 2nd, Pre-final and Final MBBS issued by concerned Universities.

4. MBBS degree and MCI/NMC or State Medical Council registration certificate.

5. Internship completion certificate.

6. Distinction/National scholarship/Honours/Medals/Academic Merit Certificate if any.

7. House-job (Jr.) certificate issued by conceded Principal or Equivalent authority.

8. FMGE certificate in case of MBBS & degree from outside the country.

9. Professional publications in a standard medical Journal if any.
