(J&K) PIN-190004 PH.NO: 0194-2467206, FAX: 0194-2467206 e-mail/: deosrin-stats@nic.in has issued a circular regarding the engagement of retired Revenue employees for DEO Srinagar from retired Government Servants (of the level of Girdawar/Patwari/Naib Tehsildar) purely on Contract Basis, initially for a period of 01 year. The details regarding eligibility criteria, terms of references, etc. are as under:
रक्षा संपदा कार्यालय कश्मीर सर्किल श्रीनगर भारत सरकार, रक्षा मंत्रालय, शिवपोरा, पीओ बटwara, बादामीबाग कैंट, श्रीनगर (जेएंडके) पिन-190004 ने सेवानिवृत्त राजस्व कर्मचारियों (गिरदावर/पटवारी/नाइब तहसीलदार स्तर के) को विशुद्ध रूप से अनुबंध के आधार पर, शुरुआत में 01 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए DEO श्रीनगर में शामिल करने के संबंध में एक सर्कुलर जारी किया है।

Experienced in land acquisition proceedings. 5. Well versed with revenue laws/Act related to Jammu & Kashmir. 6. Well, acquainted with revenue/land settlement work. |
गिरदावर पटवारी/नाइब तहसीलदार सेवा या अन्य समान केंद्र/राज्य सरकार की सेवाओं के पद से सेवानिवृत्त अधिकारी। अनुभव: 1. राजस्व दस्तावेजों के अंग्रेजी में अनुवाद के लिए उर्दू और अंग्रेजी भाषा में पूरी तरह से अच्छी तरह वाकिफ होना चाहिए। 2. नवीनतम तकनीकों के अनुसार भूमि के सीमांकन में अच्छी तरह वाकिफ। 3. राजस्व दस्तावेजों को प्राप्त करने के लिए राजस्व अधिकारियों के साथ संपर्क करने में अच्छा होना चाहिए और राजस्व रिकॉर्ड में रक्षा भूमि के नामांतरण को निष्पादित करने के लिए अच्छी तरह वाकिफ होना चाहिए। 4. भूमि अधिग्रहण की कार्यवाही में अनुभवी। 5. जम्मू और कश्मीर से संबंधित राजस्व कानूनों/अधिनियम से अच्छी तरह वाकिफ। 6. राजस्व/भूमि बंदोबस्त कार्य से अच्छी तरह परिचित।
Terms and Application Procedure
The terms and conditions of engagement of these re-engagement employees would be guided by the Office Memorandum No.3-25/2020-E. II. A dated 9.12.2020 of Department of Expenditure. Retired Government Officials/Officers who are eligible and willing to accept the terms and conditions at ANNEXURE-I may submit hard copy at DEO Srinagar with duly filled Bio-data ANNEXURE-II, along with a copy of the PPO/Pensioner card and Aadhar card within 15 days from the date of issue of this Circular. Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an interview as and when informed. No TA./DA will be paid for attending the interview.

II. ए द्वारा निर्देशित होंगी। जो सेवानिवृत्त सरकारी अधिकारी/अधिकारी अनुबंध-I की शर्तों को स्वीकार करने के लिए पात्र और इच्छुक हैं, वे इस सर्कुलर के जारी होने की तिथि से 15 दिनों के भीतर विधिवत भरे हुए बायो-डेटा अनुबंध-II के साथ, पीपीओ/पेंशनर कार्ड और आधार कार्ड की प्रति के साथ डीईओ श्रीनगर में हार्ड कॉपी जमा कर सकते हैं। शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों को सूचित किए जाने पर साक्षात्कार में शामिल होना होगा। साक्षात्कार में शामिल होने के लिए कोई टीए/डीए नहीं दिया जाएगा।
