Sub: Advertisement for engagement of Faculty on academic arrangement basis under S.O 364 dated 27-11-2020 in Government Medical College, Doda.
ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE NO: -02 -GMCD of 2025 DATED:- 14-02-2025
In terms of S.O 364 dated 27-11-2020, applications on plain paper are invited from (Domicile & Non Domicile) Non-PSC/ Retired Medical Professional for engagement as Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor on academic arrangement basis in GMC Doda, initially for a period of three years in case of Professor and Associate Professor and for a period of one year in case of Assistant Professor, extendable up to a maximum of six years (one year at a time and subject to good performance and con-duct) or till the selection is made in accordance with recruitment rules governing the respective posts, whichever is earlier.
Further, the extension after three years shall be made on year-to-year basis by the principal, only after approval from the Administrative Department.

a) Teaching Experience
Minimum 13 years teaching experience (as Associate Professor and Assistant Professor combined) from an institute recognised by NMC. (Candidate should have worked as Tutor/Demonstrator/Registrar in concerned subject for 2yrs.)
b) Research Publications
Minimum 4 numbers of publications out of which at least two must be as Associate Professor.
