Indian Port Rail & Ropeway Corporation Limited (IPRCL) is inviting applications for engagement of Graduate and Diploma Engineering Apprentice Trainees under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

IPRCL is a Joint Venture Company between 11 Major Ports under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways and Rail Vikas Nigam Limited. INDIAN PORT RAIL ROPEWAY CORPORATION IPRCL APPRENTICESHIP OPPORTUNITIES NOTICE 06/2025 Applications are invited from eligible candidates for one year of apprenticeship training on an All India basis. The details of the discipline and number of apprentices are as follows:

Note: The number of positions is indicative and subject to change.

General Conditions:

The maximum age limit is 23 years as on the last date of receiving applications at the IPRCL Corporate Office in Mumbai.

Candidates must have at least 60% in aggregate in all years and semesters in a Degree/Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline from a Statutory University. For SC/ST categories, the requirement is 55% in aggregate.

The training duration is one year. Reservation and concession: Relaxation in the upper age limit is 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC (Non-Creamy layer).

Candidates awaiting results need not apply. Those with job experience of one year or more are not eligible. Candidates should not have undergone apprenticeship training earlier or be pursuing it currently in any organization.

Candidates must have passed their Degree/Diploma in Engineering on or after 01.01.2024. They must also be registered on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) Portal and have a valid registration ID.

There is no claim for employment in IPRCL after the apprenticeship.

Selection Procedure:

Shortlisting will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification. A merit list will be prepared. No interview will be conducted. Selected candidates will be informed via email or post.

Important Documents to be attached with application: a)Self-attested copy of Matriculation Certificate. b)Self-attested copies of Degree/Diploma Certificate and all mark-sheets. c)Copy of document regarding CGPA to percentage conversion from the college/university. d)Self-attested copy of NATS Registration. e)Self-attested copy of Caste Certificate (if applicable). f)Self-attested copy of Photo ID and address proof.

How to apply:

The duly signed application in the prescribed format, along with all required self-attested documents, must be sent by Post/Courier or dropped personally to the General Manager (HR) at the corporate office in Mumbai.

The last date for receiving applications is 10.10.2025.

Applications received after the due date, incomplete applications, or those not in the prescribed format will be rejected.
