RE-ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE: Applications are invited from interested candidates for temporary engagement as Guest Faculty in Govt. ITI Basohli for academic Session 2026-27 conducting training in the Electrician trade on the basis of prescribed qualification.

Age: Minimum age 18 years Maximum 45 years as on 2026 (1st January of each calendar year).

1	Electrician (Self Finance)	B.Voc/Degree in Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized Engineering College/ university with one-year experience in the relevant field. OR03 years Diploma in Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering from AICTE/recognized board of technical education or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from DGT with two years experience in the relevant field. OR NTC/NAC passed in the trade of “Electrician” with three years experience in the relevant field. Essential Qualification: Relevant National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) in any of the variants under DGT.

3. Selection Criteria & Application Procedure

The calculation of the merit points shall be on Pro-rata basis as under:

The duly completed Application Form in the prescribed format must accompanied with the self-attested copies of certificates: Academic/Technical Qualification Certificate/Marks Certificate, Date of Birth Certificate, Domicile Certificate, Character Certificate (in original), Experience certificate (if any). The Engagement of Guest faculty will be for the Academic session 2026-27 only on need basis. Every selected candidate shall, before joining, execute an undertaking/affidavit, duly attested by a First-Class Judicial Magistrate.
