In pursuance of Govt. order No: DHSK/ Jan Ashudhi/2023/224-2246 dated 27.1.2023, walk in Interview
of eligible registered pharmacists of District Srinagar to work on profit sharing basis. In Pradhan
Mantri Bhartiya Jan Ashudhi Kendras (PMBJK) is scheduled on 25th February 2023 at the office d
the undersigned for the below mention ed health centres.

Eligible Criteria::
1. Applicant must be permanent residents of District Srinagar of UT of J&K.
2. Maximum age lim it is 40 Yrs.
Candidate shall be a regi stered pharmacist with J&K Pharmacy counil preference shall be given
to the candidates having Diplom a in Pharmacy or higher related qualification from recognized
institute.
He/She shall have working knowledge of operating computer for billing purpose.
5. He/She shall be un employed for which he/she has to submit an undertaking to this effect on
stamp paper duly attested by 1st class Judicial Magistrate
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. PMBJAK shall run on 24*7 basis under the supervision of Zonal Medical Officer/Medical Officer
of the concer ned Zone.
2. Engagem ent of Pharmacist in PMBJAK is temporary arrangement for a period of three years
on performance basis and shall not confim any right foe his/her permanent absorption
regularization in the department and can be terminated any time without notice.
3. Only medicines supplied by Bureau of Pharma PSUs of India (BPPI) should be sold.
All the billing should be done by using software provided by BPPL.
Selected phar macist shall execute an agreement with the department through medical officer
attested by 1st Class Magist rate that he/she will abide by all the terms and conditions as laid by
the department and shall work under the supervis ion of the Medical Officer of the Institution
and shall not clam any regular appointment/regularization In lieu ofthis agreement.
6. That In case of unsatisfactory performance by the Jan Aushdhi Store Manager hired to work in
the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra the commi tee shall be well with its power to
terminate the service of registered pharmacist (s).
The Taxes as payable under rules shall be paid by assesses.
8. Appication(s) can be rejected by the Recruitment Committeeif not found in the required criteria.
Interested eligible candi dates from the District Srinagar can only apply by sending their
application on the prescribed format given below. The dully flled in application form, one
recent passport size pho tog raph (attested), should reach to the office of the Chief Medical
Officer Srinagar by or before 15th February 2023. The list of documents (Self attested) to be
attached with the application form are mentioned below.
a) Permanent Res ident certificate.
b) Matric Qual ification certificate.
c)Class 10th and 12th Mark sheet.
d) Degree/Diplo ma certificate of Technical Education.
e) NOC from District Industry cen tre and District employment officer.
f) Pharmacist registration certificate of J&K Pharmacy council.
g) Affidavit for unemployment duly attested by 1st class Judicial Magistrate.
