Subject-Re-Advertisement for post of Specialist in Financial Literacy in respect of District Hub for Empowerment of Women(DHEW) -Srinagar.

Reference (2): District Social Welfare Officer Srinagar, Minutes of Meeting issued vide no: DSWOS/Sch/2023/183-94, Dated: 27-01-2023.

Reference (3): Mission Shakti Scheme implementation guidelines issued vide DO No.: WW 23/1/2021-WW dated: 14.07.2022.

Advertisement notice for the posts in respect of District Hub for Empowerment of women Mission Shakti was issued vide Notice no DSWOS/Sch/2022/12197-201, Dated: 13-10-2022

With 17-102022 as opening date ot receipt of application forms and o7-1l-2022 as cloSing date of receipt of application torms. After scrutinizing of forms for all the posts it has been

unanimously decided by the committee that the post of Specialist in Financial Literacy be re-advertized as the application forms of the candidates who have applied in response to the

advertisement stands rejected as no one fulfnlled the mandatory criteria as per the guidelines of the Mission Shakti.

Now Applications are invited on prescribed format from eligible candidates for the said post purely on temporary/ contractual basis on consolidated honorarium as per guideline/ norms

of the scheme, subject to satistactoryperformance, continuation of scheme and funding from the government

Ihe candidates must be a resident of District Srinagar and must possess Domicile (ertihcate isued by thecompetent authority on format prescribedfor the purpose on or betore the last

date of submission of application form in accordance with notihcations issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India vide S.0 1229(E) dated: 31.03.2020 and S.0 1245(E)

dated: 30.04.2020 read With the General Administration Department, Government of J&K vide S.0 166 dated: 18.05.2020 respectively.

The post is re-advertised for the hiring of staff regarding District Hub for Empovwerment of Women- Srinagar (Mission Shakti) established under Ministry of Women and Child

Development, Government of India.

CRITERIA FOR SHORT-LISTING/ SELECTION FOR THE POSTS:

Academic Qualihcation:- 70- Points (on Pro-rata Basis)

VIva-voce: 0 points

Candidates shall be shortlisted based on the merit of their educational qualification points in the ratio of 1:5 i.e. 5 candidates for one post. Candidates obtaining equal merit shall

also be called for interview.

List of shortlisted candidates shall be intimated through print and electronic media and candidates may be required to bring original testimonials for verifñication and checking

before the interview committee constituted for the purpose.

Any misrepresentation offacts on the application form disturbing the short listing may invite legal action/disqualifñication.

No individual interview call letters shall be issued. No IA/DA will be paid.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Applicant must be a Domicile of the Union Territory of J&K and resident of District Srinagar.

Applicants should be medically nt for held visits in different bloCKS/ wards of District srinagar.

Ihe engagement being a temporary/contractual artangement is terminable if the performance is not satistactory as assessed by the District Level Committee headed by the

District Magistrate/District Development Commissioner.

The engagement shall be initially for a period of one year, further continuation will be on the basis of performance assessed by District Level Committee headed by District

Magistrate District Development Commissioner

There shall be no right to sèek permanent absorption in any department or reqularization of any sort (Affidavit for the same swon before judicial Magistrate 1st Class needed

to be executed upon selection before joining)

Candidates must possess the required eligiblity/qualification by or before the last date for submision of the application form.

Any claim regarding qualincation made after the doSing date of receiving àppliIcation Torms shail not be entertained. Ihe last date of receipt or application Torms shail be the

Cut-off date for determining the eligibility.
